ASK Mombasa International Show started with outstanding energy and ambition with the theme “Promoting Climate-Smart Agriculture and Trade Initiatives for Sustainable Economic Growth,” at the Mkomani Showground Mombasa County from 3rd – 7th September 2025, the occasion which brought along policy makers, innovators, business moguls and educators from diverse regions.
Science, technology innovation continued to be at the forefront in promoting research and innovative initiatives in farming and smart agriculture, aimed at equipping learners and stakeholders with cutting-edge tools and knowledge.
The National Commission for Science, Technology and Innovation (NACOSTI) continued to deliver a standout performance during the show history of success and alignment with the event’s main theme of climate-smart innovation putting them as a leading contributor. This year’s Mombasa ASK show NACOSTI emerged winners in different innovative, science and technological categories in research and development, innovation and invention, non- agriculturally based statutory and Services in the Health Sector and Pharmaceuticals Stand.
NACOSTI was honoured as a runner up for “The Stand that Best Interprets the Current Show Theme” in the Education and Research category and came 2nd place overall in display and Services in the Health Sector and Pharmaceuticals Stand.
