The National Commission for Science, Technology and Innovation (NACOSTI) is gearing up to host a significant multisectoral conference focused on the crucial intersection of Research, Science, Technology, and Innovation (RSTI) and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and their monetization. The event, themed “Research, Technology and Innovation: Impacts, Intellectual Property Protection and Monetization,” is set to convene a diverse group of national and international stakeholders in Nairobi to deliberate on strategies for leveraging IP to drive sustainable economic growth, enhance national security, and foster public safety.

Scientific and Technological Presentations/Call for Papers:
Researchers and innovators are invited to submit full academic papers for consideration for presentation during the scientific and technological papers forum. Submissions should be in Times New Roman Font 12, single-spaced, and not exceed twelve pages. Papers will be evaluated based on their relevance to national priorities and their expected positive impacts on intellectual property and protection for public good. The deadline for submission is May 23rd, 2025.

An integral part of the conference will be a multisectoral exhibition showcasing impactful Research, Technology, and Innovation outcomes, as well as deployed technologies and innovations that have enhanced service delivery.
